I value working with a holistic mindset focusing on growth, healing and connection improving physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being . I have worked in areas such as mental health, addiction and recovery, hospital settings and private practice.
Each client deserves to find peace and happiness and improve satisfaction in life. My goal is to provide a safe place to address trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, addiction, etc. and I work with all ages and populations. I believe that growth, healing and resilience are key to a healthy outlook on life.

Background
I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Social Work at Weber State University and my Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah. I have been working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016.
