Nan Murray, LCSW

Nan works with adults and couples primarily around relationship issues including: family and relational trauma/PTSD, high conflict and toxic relationships and individuals, narcissistic abuse, divorce, emotional abuse and complicated grief.
Brandy Millward, LCSW, APHSW-C

Brandy Millward, LCSW, APHSW-C

Brandy works with adults, couples and adolescents. She specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate the complex dynamics of abuse in intimate relationships. She also works with indiviudals, caregivers and family members dealing with chronic and life-limiting illness in addressing grief, loss and the emotional challenges that come as a result. Brandy also focuses on supporting adults in their healing journey from childhood sexual abuse and complex PTSD.
Jenney Johnson, LCSW

Jenney Johnson, LCSW

Jenney works with couples, adults and adolescents. She supports couples navigating communication breakdowns, intimacy challenges, betrayal traum and decision making around separation/divorce. She also specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders and dual diagnosis, addiction as well as personality disorders.
Sam Tobias, LCSW

Sam Tobias, LCSW

Sam works with adults and adolescents in the areas of chronic or terminal illness such as Type 1 diabetes, cancer or arthritis. She is passionate about working with parents and adolescents who are navigating changes around identity and being transgender. Sam also works with men who are experiencing anger, disconnection and shame related to developmental trauma.

Client Rights and Professional Standards

Clients have the right to receive ethical, competent, and professional care in a safe environment. This includes being treated with dignity, respect, and without discrimination.

If you have concerns about your therapist’s conduct or the services you are receiving, you are encouraged to discuss these concerns directly with your therapist when appropriate. Open communication often supports resolution and strengthens the therapeutic process.

However, you are not required to address concerns with your therapist prior to filing a formal complaint.

Reporting Unprofessional Conduct

Unprofessional or unethical conduct by a licensed mental health provider may be reported to the State of Utah:

All complaints are reviewed and investigated in accordance with Utah law and professional regulatory standards.

Client Autonomy and Protection

You have the right to seek a second opinion, request referrals, or terminate services without penalty.
